A Novel Framework of Fractional Hemivariational Inequalities

In this work, leveraging our mathematical frameworks abstract existence theorems, we rigorously prove weak solution existence to a novel quasi-static viscoelastic contact mechanics model via the Rothe method, the Surjective Theorem, and Clarke generalized gradient properties. This model innovatively incorporates the fractional Kelvin-Voigt constitutive law, which introduce memory-dependent hereditary effects, and frictional contact laws based on nonsmooth analysis.
