Enhancing the emotional intelligence for business and work-life balance using fuzzy logic adaptive model of emotions

In the current area of research, the balance of work and life is highly required in the modern context of rapidly changing environments. Hence, Emotional intelligence is a set of competencies usually referred to by the conventional areas of information as soft skills or interpersonal or intrapersonal skills, and the multi-role balance has been considered more personal and professional. Emotional intelligence (EI) consists of five factors: understanding one’s emotions, motivation to one another, awareness of other’s emotions, and interactions. In this connection, emotions are part of our genetic makeup that cannot be eliminated at work, and they are a part of our behaviour, both at home and at work. This paper concerns the Fuzzy Logic Adaptive Model of Emotions (FLAME) model for the Emotional Intelligence for business and work-life balance. An efficient computational model of emotion that is integrated into intelligent agents and other dynamic, interactive actions. The proposed model utilizes a fuzzy-logic depiction of events and emotional observations, which contains many inductive learning algorithms for events, expectations and solid objects. The present study explicitly indicates that intervention to improve employee work-life balance enhances emotional intelligence and socio-demographic conditions. Clinical trial registration: We have not harmed any human person with our research data collection, which was gathered from an already-published article.
