摘要

The leafhopper genera Inagris gen. n. and Meghabanus gen. n. (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha: Cicadellidae: Deltocephalinae: Scaphoideini) are described from India. Inagris is represented by two new species, Inagris nauniensis sp. n. (as its type species, type locality: India: Himachal Pradesh) and Inagris biprocessus sp. n. (type locality: India: Himachal Pradesh), while Meghabanus is described with Meghabanus behrei sp. n. as its type species (type locality: India: Meghalaya). The new genera are distinguished from similar genera of the Monobazus group by a combination of characters, including a pygofer bearing a long, blade-like ventral process exceeding the pygofer apex, either bifurcate or simple, and a simple aedeagal shaft that is laterally compressed or tubular and lacks additional processes. An identification key to the species of Inagris is provided.
