摘要

This paper summarizes Professor HUANG Yong’s clinical experience in treating poststroke depression (PSD) with acupuncture-moxibustion based on the therapeutic principle of “regulating the Sanjiao (triple energizer) and resolving phlegm and blood stasis”. Professor HUANG believes that phlegm and blood stasis are closely related to the onset and progression of PSD. Through theoretical research and reinterpretation of the traditional concept of the Sanjiao, Professor HUANG expands its scope from the traditional localization to the entire body, fully reflecting the holistic perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. The concept of “regulating the Sanjiao and resolving phlegm and stasis” provides valuable insights and clinical references for the treatment of PSD.
