This retrospective cohort study analyzed 100 patients who underwent RS-RRP at Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital in Dubai between June 2021 and December 2024. Data collected included demographics, intraoperative metrics, postoperative recovery, and oncological outcomes. Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review board. The median age of patients was 60 years, with most presenting intermediate-risk prostate cancer. The median console time was 94 minutes, and blood loss was minimal (median: 100 mL). Postoperatively, 78 % of patients achieved immediate continence, rising to 97% during follow-up. The positive margin rate was 27%, with apical margins in 40% of cases. To evaluate the application of Retzius-Sparing Robotic Radical Prostatectomy (RS-RRP) in the UAE healthcare system, focusing on patient outcomes, continence recovery, and oncological efficacy. Pathological staging revealed pT2 in 61% and advanced disease in 39% of patients. Minor complications occurred in a few cases, with no intraoperative complications reported. RS-RRP is a feasible and effective approach for managing prostate cancer in the UAE. The study highlights favourable functional and oncological outcomes, comparable to international benchmarks, underscoring its potential as a standard technique in high-volume centers.
