<p>Anatomic shoulder arthroplasty remains challenging in the presence of complex glenoid morphology, particularly Walch B2/B3/C types. Accurate positioning of the glenoid component is essential to prevent loosening and revision surgery. In this article, a&#xa0;systematic overview of current navigation strategies, including 3D planning, intraoperative navigation, and robotic systems, is provided. We summarize relevant clinical studies on accuracy, patient outcomes, and complication rates. The aim is to point out the current role of modern navigation techniques in anatomic shoulder arthroplasty.</p>
