摘要

Rockfall collapse disasters represent a primary cause of damage to buried pipelines. In order to explore the difference between internal corrosion pipeline and external corrosion pipeline under the impact of falling rocks, we established a finite element model of buried internal and external corrosion pipelines under the impact of falling rocks and analyzed the mechanical response of both under multiple factors. The results show that the stress at the corrosion center of the pipeline follows a four-stage temporal variation curve. As the impact velocity of falling rocks and the internal pressure of the pipeline increase, or as the pipeline burial depth decreases, the maximum stress at the corrosion center escalates gradually. However, the maximum stress associated with externally corroded pipelines is lower than that of internally corroded ones, indicating that internally corroded buried pipelines exhibit weaker resilience against rockfall impacts. The research has important reference significance for the daily inspection and maintenance of pipelines in areas with potential hazards of rockfall and collapse.
