摘要

The aim of this research was to assess the impact of warm and cold rolling on the surface quality, microstructure, texture, and magnetic characteristics of 6.5wt.%Si steel. The results show that the 6.5wt.%Si steel prepared by cold rolling at room temperature has good surface quality, and the 6.5wt.%Si steel prepared by rolling at 300 °C has better processability. After recrystallization annealing of 0.15 mm thick 6.5wt.%Si steel, a small recrystallization grain size (61.6 μm) was obtained. The γ texture strength of 0.15 mm thick 6.5wt.%Si steel warm-rolled sheet is higher than that of 0.15 mm thick cold-rolled sheet, no matter the surface layer or the center layer. After recrystallization annealing, γ texture strength in warm-rolled sheet is also higher than that in cold-rolled sheet. The cold-rolled sheet of 0.15 mm thick 6.5wt.%Si steel has better comprehensive magnetic properties after annealing, and its magnetic induction intensity B8, B25 and B50 are 1.30 T, 1.42 T and 1.61 T, respectively. The iron losses of P10/50, P10/400 and P2/1000 are 0.51 W/kg, 7.23 W/kg and 1.36 W/kg, respectively.
