Insights on the Structural, AC Electrical Conductivity, and Electric Modulus Properties of Bulk Rosaniline Hydrochloride
摘要
This study investigates the structural and electrical properties of bulk rosaniline hydrochloride, motivated by its potential applications in electronic and dielectric materials. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis reveals that rosaniline hydrochloride exhibits a polycrystalline structure with a triclinic crystal lattice belonging to the P1 space group. The Williamson–Hall method and average size–strain plots were used to estimate the average crystallite size and lattice strain. The DC electrical conductivity was measured over a temperature range of 308 to 408 K, while the frequency-dependent AC electrical conductivity (100 Hz–10 MHz) was analyzed using the correlated barrier hopping (CBH) mechanism. Additionally, the dielectric properties, including the dielectric constant and dielectric loss, were examined to further characterize the material’s behavior under varying frequencies. These findings provide valuable insights into the material’s potential for applications in dielectric and electronic devices.
