<p>An integrated heat treatment strategy combining preageing and prestraining is employed to tailor a favorable distribution of <i>T</i><sub>1</sub> and <i>θ</i>′ precipitates, enabling synergistic strengthening from both the phases. The relatively balanced precipitate population results in a substantial increase in the overall precipitation hardening contribution, which is reflected in a notable rise in yield strength compared to the conventional T8 route.</p>
