The Effect of Nickel Concentration on the Microstructure of the Laser Heterogeneous High-Silicon Steel Weld
摘要
Laser welding of the high-silicon steel plate was performed using Inconel 82 filler wire. Martensite was generated if the Ni was between 3.0 and 14.8 at. pct, ferrite existed for the Ni was below 3.0 at. pct, and austenite had a high Ni above 15.6 at. pct. A primary transgranular cleavage fracture near the fusion line was observed in the notched tensile test because a hard martensite layer was sandwiched between the austenite and ferrite.
