Stressresilienz und Emotionsregulation bei Kindern
摘要
The DBT-oriented group program START-Kids offers evidence-based approaches to promoting stress resilience and emotion regulation as a low-threshold stabilization program for 6‑ to 12-year-olds. In addition to presenting the modular program, this article provides insights into linking it with psychodramatic approaches, such as the use of intra-intermediary objects or sociometric perspectives in emotion regulation. Despite disciplinary differences, numerous points of intersection and a high potential for developing new group concepts are revealed.
