<p>The <i>map of emotions</i> presented in this article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie (ZPS) builds on the fundamental principles of sociometry and psychodrama and integrates various approaches such as basic and complex emotions, conflicts, and resources. This allows clients to locate and explore their inner world sociometrically on a&#xa0;symbolic level. The visual and spatial representation enables clients to better understand their feelings and relationships and opens up diverse possibilities for processing them. The <i>map of emotions</i> is suitable for various therapeutic treatment and counseling contexts, particularly sex therapy and couples therapy.</p>
