Kreativitätszentriertes Coaching

This article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie describes creativity-centered coaching as a means of strengthening creativity within the client’s professional role. People who work in organizations are particularly challenged to reconcile their inner convictions with their external actions. In order to be able to act in a coordinated manner with other people in organizations, they need a situational-lived role. It is a creation of various workplace-related ego states that employees organize around their own and others’ ideas of efficiency, professionalism, humanity and work ideal.
Creativity-centered coaching understands blockages and deficits in the actualization of these ego states as disturbances of workplace-related creativity. It is intended to help depict the client’s inner and outer conflict spaces in order to differentiate them with the help of psychodrama techniques and dissolve blockages.
