摘要

This study, published in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie (ZPS), explores the adaptation of psychodrama to online settings, particularly during COVID-19, when digital platforms became essential for therapy. It assesses the feasibility of preserving core therapeutic elements despite the lack of physical presence. Through qualitative analysis of ten interviews with psychodramatists, three key themes emerged: (1) group psychotherapy dynamics, (2) the therapist’s role, and (3) adapting the psychodramatic model. Initially sceptical, therapists soon recognized the format’s viability, aided by experience, knowledge sharing, and digital tools. Findings highlight online psychodrama’s long-term potential, proving it a sustainable and effective therapeutic approach beyond the pandemic.
