摘要

This article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie discusses the resilience factors that can be deliberately promoted within a child psychodrama therapy group. A study is presented in which a child psychodrama therapy group was documented through video recordings over a period of six months and analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the children’s psychodrama psychotherapy group directly promotes the six resilience factors outlined by Fröhlich-Gildhoff und Rönnau-Böse (2019): self-awareness, self-regulation, self-efficacy, social competence, adaptive coping skills, and problem-solving ability.
