<p>The terms inter-psyche and common (un-)conscious capture central concepts of Moreno’s reasoning that, up to now, have hardly been elaborated theoretically. Sketchily this article in the journal <i>Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie</i> points out that it could be worthwhile to explore the realm of the genuine interpersonal further. At first, a&#xa0;contemporary concept of inter-psyche respectively of co-un-conscious is introduced. Inter-psyche and individual psyche constitute complementary aspects of the mental realm. With respect to human evolution two structural levels of their interplay are elaborated. The issues of social understanding and development of disorders along with the therapeutic process exemplify the relevance of the concepts.</p>
