Datenschutz und die Gestaltung informationeller Selbstbestimmung im KI-Coaching
摘要
The question of how generative artificial intelligence can be used ethically in and for coaching has so far been considered mainly regarding data protection. This article shows that such a predominantly defensive ethical perspective is important but must be expanded in light of the design possibilities of different AI systems. To this end, it proposes aligning the various modes of AI use in and for coaching with the coaching-ethical principle of informational self-determination of coachees and specifying this principle through the criterion of discursively adequate informedness—not only for coaches and coachees but also for the AI systems involved.
