<p>This article explains the impact current socio-political developments can have on the daily work of managers and the challenges associated with them. It demonstrates the contribution coaching can make to establishing a&#xa0;liberal and democratic culture of coexistence and creating a&#xa0;culture of political discussion in companies based on respect and values. Building on this, it presents coaching approaches that have proven effective in practice when working with leaders—approaches that can strengthen their leadership competencies or help them develop strategic responses for interacting with their teams or individual employees.</p>
