Wachstum verlernen: Einflussfaktoren auf die Bereitschaft von Mitarbeitenden zur kollektiven Wachstumsreflexion
摘要
In the face of global ecological and social crises, unlimited economic growth cannot ensure sustainable prosperity for all. Based on the theory of transformative learning, we suggest that initiatives for more growth-independent organizational action can begin with collective reflection on the meaning of growth and stimulate deep learning in the sense of New Learning. In a cross-sectional vignette study with 99 German employees, this study examines for the first time organizational and individual factors influencing the willingness of employees to participate in collective growth reflection. The results of a relative influence analysis show that organizations that want to stimulate profound learning processes to question the economic growth paradigm should address the growth attitudes of employees and promote an open, inclusive voice climate.
