<p>The integration of generative AI (GenAI) is reshaping professional coaching. This study examines how coaches use GenAI, its perceived benefits and limitations, and broader attitudes toward its adoption. A&#xa0;survey of 85&#xa0;coaches shows GenAI is mainly used for content generation, and research, while its role in relational aspects remains limited. Coaches see it as an efficiency tool but stress the need for human oversight. Correlation analyses suggest that GenAI literacy fosters positive attitudes and effective use, though concerns persist about its emotional intelligence. The findings highlight the need for literacy training, ethical guidelines, and augmentation-focused advancements.</p>
