Der Implementierungsprozess Betrieblicher Gesundheitsförderung als Erfolgsfaktor für Wohlbefinden, Bindung und Arbeitgeberattraktivität
摘要
This article in the journal ‘Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. (GIO)’ deals with high-quality, systematic Organizational Health Interventions (OHI) and the importance of the OHI implementation process quality in particular for the OHI outcomes of well-being, commitment and employer attractiveness. We present an economically viable, reliable and valid questionnaire for assessing the OHI implementation process. Our results with this questionnaire in five studies (Study 1 N = 512; Study 2 N = 216; Study 3 N = 220; Study 4 N = 318; Study 5 N = 1847) show significant correlations with large effect sizes between the OHI implementation process and the organizational climate as a central contextual factor for OHI and with well-being, in particular emotional exhaustion as the core dimension of burnout, job satisfaction and work-life balance. Our results show the importance of the OHI implementation process for employees’ commitment to the organization and employer attractiveness, beyond a high-quality, systematic prevention offering in the organization.
