摘要

The craft industry, characterized by regional well connected small enterprises (SEs), represents a relevant field for research and development in health promotion. Digitally supported tools can not only enhance health and innovation but also improve employer attractiveness and the operational success of SEs in the craft industry. This article presents digitally supported organizational consulting measures that have been tested in over 80 craft businesses since 2018. Digitally supported copreneur coaching for business owners and their partners includes video-based sessions, a digital interactive workbook, and interactive online courses. The results of the scientific evaluation, conducted using a waitlist control group and comparison group design, confirm the effectiveness and success factors, which depend on the degree of digitalization. Another measure is a digitally supported process and team development program (PTE). This program includes an online analysis tool and a workshop to assess mental risk factors, as well as an online tool to evaluate teamwork stressors and resources, followed by workshops to foster collaboration. These workshops promote mutual perspective-taking and appreciation within the team. Additionally, the PTE measure is complemented by online courses on organizing effective team meetings, health-promoting leadership, and supporting employees with disabilities. The results of the scientific evaluation of the PTE indicate improved mutual perspective-taking within teams and increased job satisfaction compared to the waitlist control group. The National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds in Germany has recognized the measures for SEs. The IKK classic and regional craft associations are facilitating their nationwide transfer in Germany.
