Familienanamnese und Stammbaumerhebung bei hereditären Nierenerkrankungen
摘要
A detailed family history is crucial for identifying individuals affected by monogenic kidney diseases. In addition, the planning of diagnostic pathways, the interpretation of genetic findings as well as screening and counseling all depend on the information obtained. The considerable time required to obtain a comprehensive family history often conflicts with the time constraints in outpatient nephrological care. A standardized, structured and interdisciplinary approach can help mitigate this tension and improves the usability of the family history as an essential clinical resource.
