<p>Over the past two decades, Positive Youth Development (PYD) interventions and programs have increased significantly worldwide. This paper reviews 1305 scientific papers on PYD programs using scientometric methods and visualization tools. First, the development trends of various production entities and interdisciplinary collaborations are analyzed using the scientific knowledge collaboration network method. Second, trends and research hotspots in PYD programs are identified through keyword emergence and co-citation analysis of relevant literature. Finally, the types and development characteristics of PYD programs that have been implemented and produced empirical results are summarized. The findings of this study offer a comprehensive academic foundation for scholars and practitioners involved in designing and implementing future PYD programs.</p>
