Graphene-Based Surface Plasmon Resonance Biosensor Design Based on Au-MgF2-Au Material for Blood Cancer Detection
摘要
The need for cancer detection at early and effective way is increasing day by day as fatalities due to cancer is increasing. The early and effective detection is possible by designing highly efficient biosensors. One such biosensor design which is detecting the blood cancer is presented in this research. Graphene material helps in achieving the higher sensitivity of the biosensor design. The materials used in the design are easily available and are low in cost compared to its other counterparts. The sensor design is optimized to enhance overall efficiency. This is accomplished by refining specific parameters like height and length of the resonator and substrate, which are then applied to the design process, ensuring improved functionality and performance. The research is optimized using parametric optimization and highly efficient results are obtained which are giving the highest sensitivity of 1250 nm/RIU. These optimized elements contribute to a more effective and reliable sensor system. The multilayer design with its unique materials showing highly efficient behaviour with high sensitivity. Optimized designs provide superior results in biomedical applications, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in blood cancer detection and diagnosis.
