<p>Since November 2024, two obesity digital health apps (DiGAs) are permanently listed in the DiGA directory of the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM): Oviva Direkt for obesity and zanadio. Furthermore, HelloBetter Diabetes and Vitadio—two DiGAs for patients with diabetes—are also permanently included. In addition, three diabetes DiGAs are preliminarily listed in the DiGA directory: glucura Diabetestherapie, mebix, and Una Health for diabetes. Thus, a&#xa0;total of seven DiGAs are available to support patients with type&#xa0;2 diabetes mellitus or obesity in their therapy. The most important information about the prescription, the current evidence base and information about the individual DiGAs and their functions is presented.</p>
