摘要

Xylocargranosides A–B (12) and xylocargranin A (3), three previously undescribed compounds, along with twelve known metabolites (415), were isolated from the leaves of Xylocarpus granatum. The structures and absolute configurations of the new compounds were elucidated through detailed analyses of HRESIMS and NMR spectra, corroborated by quantum chemical calculations of NMR chemical shifts and ECD spectra. Notably, compound 1 was identified as a rare 25,26,27-trinor-apotirucallane-type triterpenoid glucoside, distinguished by an uncommon side chain forming a δ-lactone moiety. The cytotoxic activities of all isolated compounds were evaluated against the A549, MCF7, and HepG2 cell lines.
