<p>Recent technological advancements, data growth, and increased computational capacity have intensified the need for organizations to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) as a driver for value creation. Despite the topic’s importance, the literature on AI and value-based strategy has not been comprehensively evaluated in light of its strategic use for value creation. Thus, this paper, through a systematic literature review, aims to investigate how firms can leverage AI to create a value-based strategy that enhances customer delight, employee satisfaction, and supplier satisfaction/surplus. Specifically, we demonstrate how AI technologies enable firms to create value by proposing a tripartite value-creation model comprising three key dimensions: (1) customer value, by increasing their willingness-to-pay (WTP); (2) employee value, by reducing their willingness-to-sell (WTS); and (3) supplier value, by reducing their WTS. We clarify how established value-based strategy concepts intersect with AI-enabled capabilities, offering a unified conceptual framework that organizes prior insights. 摘要

Recent technological advancements, data growth, and increased computational capacity have intensified the need for organizations to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) as a driver for value creation. Drawing on 70 peer-reviewed articles indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, we identify key gaps, offer guidance for integrating AI into value-based strategy, and propose future research directions to advance theory and practice.
