<p>Most of the current research is based on the performance of the base station (BS) itself or the operation mode of the communication operator without considering the users’ needs and signal overlapping coverage. The main research content of this paper is to study the information about the existing network BSs and weak signal coverage points in a certain area, idealize the BS coverage into a circular coverage, and under the given user satisfaction conditions, establish a bi-objective nonlinear planning model with minimum construction cost and minimum number of overlapping coverage points as objective functions, in which the constraint conditions are BS coverage radius, threshold value between BSs and the maximum payload of the BSs. For the big data problem of the order of millions, the optimization search method is adopted; the search and verification are carried out at the same time; the computer program is written; the optimal planning scheme for the redeployment of the BS is finally obtained; the operation result is compared with the visual data of the existing network BSs and weak coverage points distribution map; and the calculation results are reasonable.</p>

摘要
