<p>This work proposes a miniaturized tunnel magnetoresistance array-based current sensor tailored for insulated gate bipolar transistor modules in electric vehicle applications. The designed sensor exhibits a compact form factor while maintaining high measurement accuracy, rendering it particularly suitable for space-constrained automotive environments. The adoption of a tunnel magnetoresistance array architecture significantly enhances the sensor’s relative accuracy.</p>
