Effect of the Supporting Half-Space Elastic Modulus on the Hysteresis Loop Shape at the Surface of a Multilayered System
摘要
The influence of the subgrade elastic modulus on the shape of the hysteresis loop of vertical displacements at the pavement surface is studied. Numerical modeling is based on an analytical model of a layered half‑space, relying on the solution of dynamic Lamé equations. To compare the computational results obtained with experimental data, an FWD Primax 1500 falling weight deflectometer is used, allowing the hysteresis loop to be recorded under field conditions.
