<p>Numerical simulation of multiwave Cherenkov generator in the frequency range 265–269 GHz is performed using a&#xa0;developed 2.5‑D hybrid electromagnetic code. The electrodynamic system of the generator has a&#xa0;two-section slow-wave structure and a&#xa0;diffraction reflector with the same internal diameter of 36 mm. Five diffraction reflector variants were used in calculations in which the height, period, and number of diaphragms changed. Influence of reflector geometry on radiation parameters is investigated under other identical conditions of numerical experiments. Based on the research results, the optimal geometry of the diffraction reflector was determined, which made it possible to obtain the maximum radiation power and generator efficiency.</p>
