摘要

A comparative study of the features of the relaxation processes in the V–Ta–Cr–Zr alloy depending on the thermomechanical treatment modes is carried out. It is shown that modification of the structural-phase state by forming a polygonal structure fixed by fine second-phase particles changes the temperature range of the alloy relaxation. At the same time, the recrystallization temperature increases by ∼ 200 °C, causing an increase in the thermal stability of the alloy. The choice of an optimal temperature for intermediate annealing is experimentally justified for different thermomechanical treatment modes.
