Properties of sodium alginate-based hydrogels cross-linked with calcium and iron cations
摘要
The effect of external gelation conditions on the properties of calcium and iron alginate hydrogels was studied, with a focus on their degradability in a model physiological medium, rheological characteristics, and ability to encapsulate cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). The efficiency of cyanocobalamin loading and its release from alginate hydrogels was investigated.
