<p>This study aimed to develop a mobile application, “Shieldren,” designed to manage children's vaccination records and essential health information, including chronic diseases, drug allergies, blood type, and developmental milestones. The application also facilitates efficient health data transfer between healthcare facilities and supports the prompt issuance of vaccine certificates. A Mixed Methods Research approach was employed, combining qualitative data from in-depth interviews with quantitative data from usability testing. User experience was assessed using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). A total of 12 participants, primarily parents, evaluated the application prototype. The findings indicated a high demand among parents for a health information management system that is accessible, fast, and secure. The prototype of the “Shieldren” application received a Mean Opinion Score (MOS) of 4.64, corresponding to an “Excellent” rating. Participants identified the most valuable features as ease of menu navigation, reliability of vaccination information, and the comprehensive nature of the child’s health records. The “Shieldren” application effectively meets user needs for managing children's vaccination and health information. Its high usability and functionality demonstrate strong potential for supporting the development of sustainable digital child healthcare systems in the future.</p>
