Measurable quantum speed for detecting non-Markovianity and estimating encoded phases
摘要
Quantum systems are profoundly influenced by non-Markovian effects, which can markedly accelerate system dynamics. This study introduces a novel indicator of non-Markovianity in quantum evolution, encapsulated by the concept of trace speed (TS)-a measurable distinct quantum statistical speed. TS parallels the Hilbert–Schmidt speed (HSS) and quantum Fisher information (QFI) in its capacity to detect non-Markovian phenomena. We establish that the temporal derivatives of HSS and TS are in exact alignment. Moreover, our research confirms that TS is an effective measure for optimal phase estimation in multi-qubit systems, thus proving its utility in advanced quantum information processing.
