<p>This review article discusses the different analytical techniques available in the literature for determining the concentrations of five different drugs, namely molnupiravir, dolutegravir, remdesivir, ledipasvir, and sofosbuvir, in pharmaceutical and biological samples. The methods discussed include the UV-visible method, HPLC, spectrofluorometry, near-IR spectroscopy, polarography, voltammetry, capillary electrophoresis, and hyphenated techniques include LC-MS, LC-MS/MS UPLC-MS/MS, and GC-MS. The article also provides a comparative analysis of the different analytical techniques and their respective advantages and limitations for the estimation of these drugs.</p>
