<p>The acute toxicity and analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity of eight 5-aryl-4-aroyl-1-isobutyl-3-hydroxy-3-pyrrolin-2-ones were studied. It was found that all compounds had low toxicity, demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity, and did not exhibit analgesic action.</p>

摘要
