<p>An HPLC method for quantitative determination of the alkaloid galantamine in the aerial part of <i>Ungernia victoris</i> (Amaryllidaceae) was developed. Its validation parameters were studied. Statistical processing of the results showed that all studied validation parameters were within the selected acceptance criteria; therefore, the developed method could be used in quantitative determinations to control industrial production of this product from plant raw materials. Using the results of this development, an analysis was conducted for quantitative determination of the galantamine content in the <i>Ungernia victoris</i> plant raw material (leaves) harvested in different regions of its growth. It was found that the galantamine content in the studied raw-material samples was ≥0.048%.</p>
