<p>A synthesis method for new thioalkyl derivatives of condensed triazolo[4,3-<i>a</i>]pyridines has been developed based on 6-anilino-8-hydrazino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-1<i>H</i>-pyrano[3,4-<i>c</i>]pyridine-5-carbonitrile. Possible thione/thiol tautomeric forms in this system have been studied. The neurotropic activity of new compounds has been investigated, and studies have been conducted to explore the relationship between chemical structure and neurotropic properties.</p>
