摘要

Biologically active substances of water animals and plants have unique properties associated with the living conditions of aquatic organisms in the aquatic environment. Aquatic organisms produce structurally unique and various secondary metabolites that are not typical for terrestrial organisms, many of which differ according to their extremely high biological and pharmacological activity. Aquatic organisms produce unique secondary metabolites. This paper presents the results of studies on the development of the technology for the extraction of biologically active substances from non-commercial aquatic organisms as well as a preliminary evaluation of the biochemical activity of the substrates obtained. The isolated substrates have a pronounced biochemical activity against the cells of living systems, which suggests a high synergistic effect with derivatives of the chlorella microalgae. In addition, in this work, ultradisperse emulsion systems were also obtained on the basis of the complexes of the phospholipids extracted from raw materials of various etiology, and a comparative analysis of some groups of biologically active substances in them, as well as the antioxidant activity (AOA) and stability of the structures.
