Oximes of Benzoylpyridines and Related Compounds and Their Biological Properties (A Review)
摘要
Oximes of benzoylpyridine and related compounds are widely studied in the search for new biologically active compounds. Compounds with antiulcer, cardiotropic, antihistaminic, anticonvulsant, and fungicidal activities were identified in this group. In particular, the 3-benzoylpyridine oxime derivative Ridogrel was designed and used for prevention of systemic thromboembolism and as an adjunctive agent to thrombolytic therapy. Compound GIZH-298 was discovered among 4-benzoypyridine oximes and was developed as a potential anticonvulsant.
