Multi-image encryption algorithm based on the new three-dimensional chaotic map and the infinite hotel paradox
摘要
To strengthen the security of information transmission, a new multi-image encryption algorithm is developed based on the permutation–diffusion method based on the infinite hotel paradox combined with the constructed three-dimensional coupled hyperchaotic map (3D-CLCM). The approach first extracts and standardizes image sizes, then generates hyperchaotic sequences using the 3D-CLCM with specific control parameters. Next, the proposed permutation–diffusion algorithm rearranges pixel positions, and finally, the image dimensions are restored. The scheme applies six rounds of processing using the hyperchaotic sequences and encryption algorithm, further strengthening its security. The comprehensive analysis indicate that the proposed technique outperforms other encryption methods across different metrics, including histograms and correlations, validating its efficiency and robustness in ensuring image security.
