Adaptive type-2 fuzzy HOSM control design with asymmetric output constraints
摘要
This paper explores the design of a control strategy that integrates an adaptive interval type-2 fuzzy logic system (IT2-FLS) with a high-order sliding mode (HOSM) controller for systems with asymmetric output constraints. In order to address the difficulties caused by asymmetric output constraints, a barrier Lyapunov function is employed to ensure that the output variables remain within predetermined limits throughout system operation. Subsequently, the unknown functional boundaries of uncertainties for the examined system are characterized by means of an IT2-FLS. By integrating adaptive IT2 fuzzy control with the backstepping method, an IT2 fuzzy HOSM control scheme incorporating asymmetric output constraints is put forward. Rigorous theoretical analysis demonstrates that the developed control architecture achieves the fixed-time convergence of HOSM while strictly satisfying the prescribed output constraints. Finally, the effectiveness of the research findings is proved through simulation studies.
