Stabilization of switched stochastic complex networked control systems with time delays and Lévy noise

This paper investigates the pth moment exponential stability of switched stochastic complex networked control systems with time delays and Lévy noise (SSCNCS-TL). The main objective is to establish the theoretical conditions for the stability of SSCNCS-TL. By focusing on the problem of pth moment exponential stability, several new stability theorems for SSCNCS-TL are derived through the proposal of new Lyapunov functionals, utilization of graph theory and application of general methods. Moreover, a class of the second-order Kuramoto oscillators model is presented to demonstrate the practical applicability of the proposed theoretical results. Lastly, three numerical examples are given to showcase the efficacy of the proposed criteria.
