<p>This paper investigates the pth moment exponential stability of switched stochastic complex networked control systems with time delays and Lévy noise (SSCNCS-TL). The main objective is to establish the theoretical conditions for the stability of SSCNCS-TL. By focusing on the problem of pth moment exponential stability, several new stability theorems for SSCNCS-TL are derived through the proposal of new Lyapunov functionals, utilization of graph theory and application of general methods. Moreover, a class of the second-order Kuramoto oscillators model is presented to demonstrate the practical applicability of the proposed theoretical results. Lastly, three numerical examples are given to showcase the efficacy of the proposed criteria.</p>
