<p>Elazig province, located on the Eastern Anatolian Fault Line (EAF), is located in a region with high seismicity. The behavior of structures built with traditional methods, which do not meet the boundary conditions specified in the current legislation of the structure design, threatens the safety of life and property. This situation was observed in the Elazig earthquake that occurred on January 24, 2020, and serious damage occurred to the structures after the earthquake. Within the scope of this study, damage detection studies were carried out in the borders of Elazığ Province, Merkez District, and Mustafa Paşa Neighborhood among 190 structures, 110 structures with intact structural systems were identified within the scope of Law No. 6306 on Transformation of Areas under Disaster Risk, and all the results were evaluated together.</p>
