Synthesis of CdFe2O4-supported TPI/TEG-Pd complex: a novel organic-inorganic nanocomposite as an efficient and recyclable catalyst for the synthesis of dicyanoaniline derivatives
摘要
In this study, a novel nanocomposite containing palladium complex, CdFe₂O₄@TPI/TEG‑Pd, was synthesized and comprehensively characterized by various methods including FT-IR, XRD, EDX, TGA, FESEM, VSM, and ICP. This catalyst showed very high performance in the one-step synthesis reaction of dicyanoaniline derivatives under mild conditions (reflux conditions and ethanol solvent) and was able to produce products in yields of 91–98% and in short times of 15–60 min. The outstanding features of this method include short reaction time, high efficiency, environmental efficiency, easy magnetic separation, and the ability to recycle up to five consecutive cycles without a noticeable decrease in catalytic activity. The main innovation of this study is the combination of the dual design of the TPI/TEG ligand with the magnetic CdFe₂O₄ nanoparticle, which resulted in high thermal stability and effective homogenization of the palladium active centers in the reaction medium.
