摘要

This article introduces an approach to the end-to-end design of energy-efficient deformation regimes for wide steel strips along the processing route finishing train of the 2000 hot rolling mill—1700 cold rolling mill at PJSC Severstal. The research demonstrates the need for additional adjustments to the deformation and speed regimes during cold rolling, specifically by setting all mill stands to operate under tension to prevent the occurrence of the negative vibrational effect termed chatter.
