摘要

Martensitic-ferritic steels containing 20 to 30% martensite uniformly distributed in the plastic ferritic matrix were investigated. At a chromium concentration of more than 16% and a carbon content of about 0.06%, the steel undergoes a partial α→γ phase transformation. The presence of an austenite phase at temperatures above 875 °C in such steels allowed for the application of diffusion saturation with carbon and, accordingly, increased the share of the martensitic component. The effect of cementation on the structure and mechanical properties of the surface of experimental 06Kh18ch steel and martensitic 95Kh18, 20Kh13 steels was compared. The in-depth change in the structural composition and physicomechanical properties of 06Kh18ch steel in the process of cementation in a pasty carburizer was investigated. The main advantages and disadvantages of the selected mode of chemical and thermal treatment were determined. The expediency of cementation of high-chromium two-phase steels to improve significantly their physicomechanical and operational properties was confirmed.
